Aloha Poke may have been founded in Arizona, but our Poke technique originates from the Island of Hawaii. We stay true to the timeless ingredients of fresh diced fish with rice, veggies, and an array of other delicious toppings.

I’m originally from China and I moved to Hawaii with my family when I was young. You can basically get a Poke Bowl in every restaurant in Hawaii. Ever since I moved to Arizona, I’ve been craving the traditional flavor of Hawaii Poke Bowl. But with limited selections, I had to take action.

The word Poké refers to the culinary technique of slicing fresh fish in a cross patten in order to create savory, bite sized cubes. My Partner and I have built on this idea and brought in flavors from not only Hawaii but from around all of Asia to create our modern Poke bowl.

We also value a balanced combination of flavor and health when it comes to our food. We hope to bring this new and exciting dining experience to Tubac. Along with an array of tasty Boba Teas and Slushy’s, we are pleased to serve you our Aloha Poke.
